  Step 1: Start at the footpath sign on Soughley Lane. You can park by the road or in the car park at nearby Wyming Brook.

• Step 2: Alternatively you can park on Long Causeway and begin the walk at step 22!

• 

  Step 3: Head down the path.

• 

  Step 4: Go through the gate. You will soon come to the Lower Redmires reservoir, the first of three.

• 

  Step 5: The dams were built between 1833 & 1854 to meet the water demands of the ever growing population of Sheffield.

• 

  Step 6: The waters are home to many wildfowl and waders.
