1. 

   Step 1: Starting from this lane behind the pub, there’s space for a couple of cars to park. The path is also a bridle way, so be prepared for mud!

2. 

   Step 2: A very atmospheric pond sits by your first fork. Strike off north, and look for a small winding path in the trees to your right.

3. 

   Step 3: The main drag. You may well see deer cross in the distance.

4. 

   Step 4: A path to the south to the community wood felling camp.

5. Step 5: Follow the main track to a switch back on your right into a coppiced area

6. 

   Step 6: The coppiced wood , heading south west.
