• 

  Step 1: Start at Melinsey Mill or at Pendower beach, this walk can be reversed with car parks at either end.

• 

  Step 2: Start at Melinsey Mill, have a Cornish cream tea and then walk it off

• 

  Step 3: Walk up the road , and take the public footpath on the left. This involves a bit of an uphill before going down to the beach.

• 

  Step 4: Almost to the top, take a breather and admire the view

• 

  Step 5: Cross the river over the bridge towards the cottages and go through the driveway heading for the National Trust path entrance point & gate.

• 

  Step 6: Follow the National Trust path to the beach at Pendower.
