Leiston Abbey Puzzle Trail (Hard)

Walk preview

1. Step 1: March 2026 Update: Due to the ongoing construction associated with the Sizewell C project, and the Abbey being closed to visitors for a major conservation project, this walk is not feasible at this time.

2. Step 2: This is a kid-friendly puzzle hunt, perfect for 8-16 year olds. This is a dog friendly walk, but please keep your furry friend on a lead at all times. You may wish to take a pad & pencil 📝 with you to make a note of the clues.

3. Step 3: We’ve had reports that a new ruin has been discovered which is of great historical importance. But we’re still unsure which county it is located in. We need your help to find the clues 👀 to discover the location.

4. 

   Step 4: Your trail starts here at the Leiston Abbey sign, it’s just by the car park.

5. 

   Step 5: You need to walk away from the car park & towards the ruins, using this path. Your first clue is close by.

6. 

   Step 6: Head through the metal gate and into the ruins of Leiston Abbey.
