Heworth to Hebburn Metro Walk

Walk preview

1. 

   Step 1: This linear walk starts at the exit of Heworth Metro Station, on the north side.

2. Step 2: There are Metro trains to South Shields, Newcastle and Sunderland from this station. On the opposite side of the station there are buses that go across the area too.

3. 

   Step 3: Outside the station, turn right and walk down the shared-use ramp.

4. 

   Step 4: At the bottom on the left, go through the tunnel under Felling Bypass.

5. 

   Step 5: Then head along the path towards the car park and walk through it.

6. 

   Step 6: Continue along the designated pedestrian path through the car park.
