  Step 1: This walk starts at Parrog car park which was free in summer 2025. There are toilets here plus refreshments including great ice cream 🍦

  Step 2: With your back to the car park, head left up Parrog Road.

• 

  Step 3: It’s very cute round here ❤️

• 

  Step 4: Shortly after the road bends right, turn left onto the tarmac path, part of the Pembrokeshire Coast Path 🐚

• 

  Step 5: Look left for stunning views across the estuary of the Nevern.

• 

  Step 6: The marsh habitat here is important for so many species. Can you hear the bird song?
