  Step 1: Start this accessible route at the picnic area located next to the Toll Bridge Booth. Did you know it is Hampshire’s last medieval toll!

  Step 2: There’s a paved path just beyond the picnic area with incredible views across the millpond.

• 

  Step 3: Because of the tides, the level in the millpond is always changing. It never gets empty because a river flows into it.

• 

  Step 4: It’s a freshwater feed from Bartley Water. Admire the views and stick to the path.

• 

  Step 5: Can you see a small island in the millpond? Every year swans nest here, can you spot any swans today?

• 

  Step 6: There is a small wooden bridge coming up on the left.
