  Step 1: Created by pupils from Douglas Primary to help us to get outdoors. Let’s go on a walk with them! On leaving the school, turn left.

• 

  Step 2: Pass the garage and turn left onto Main Street.

• 

  Step 3: Go past the James Gavin Memorial opposite the village shop.

• 

  Step 4: At the memorial, stop and take a look at some of the local history slabs created by Douglas Primary pupils.

• 

  Step 5: Keep going until the road opens out just as you pass Curries Close, at the Gym.

• 

  Step 6: Keep on Main Street and head up past the Cross Keys pub. The old building seen, just past the pub, used to be the Sun Inn.
