Step 1: Welcome to my first online Cotswold Natural Mindfulness walk. We will begin and end our journey into nature here - enjoy πΏ
Step 2: We will begin this walk by following these signposts and circle around returning through the beautiful wood to your right later πΏπ
Step 3: Carefully cross the road at the Cotswold Way sign post and head right through the gates following the footpath. This is a great viewpoint π
Step 4: Now follow the pathway into the trees to a small gate in the Cotswold stone wall ( I built a section of this wall a few years ago) π±
Step 5: Follow the path left down a gentle slope and if you're walking in springtime take a moment to notice the gorgeous bluebells along the path π±
Step 6: You can sit here for a while in silence listening to the sounds of birdsong that surround you and maybe noticing the smell of wild garlic.
