  Step 1: Your walk begins here at Cudmore Grove Country Park.

• Step 2: If you plan to arrive by bus the closest bus stop is Fen Lane where the number 69 & the 69A buses stop. From there walk down Broman’s Lane to Cudmore Grove.

• Step 3: Cudmore Grove Country Park is a nature reserve of over 102 acres. It includes unique coastal landscapes & habitats, with fantastic views of the Colne & Blackwater Estuaries.

• Step 4: There are toilets, a snacks kiosk, picnic tables, a playground & information boards here. Don’t forget to pay to park before you set off for your walk.

• 

  Step 5: Take note when walking through long grass (especially on a warm morning). Adders 🐍 are found through the country park.

• Step 6: For those walking with dogs. Adders can seriously injure or even kill a dog. Please keep them on a lead.
