Croft Hill & Nature Reserve Walk

Walk preview

1. Step 1: The walk begins on Main Street in Huncote. If you’re a customer of the Red Lion then you can park there. Otherwise please find alternative options if you’re arriving by car. There is bus stop here also.

2. 

   Step 2: Turn left from the Red Lion and walk along the pavement over a bridge towards Croft.

3. 

   Step 3: Turn left off the pavement and go through the gate, this is the entrance to Croft Hill.

4. 

   Step 4: Head up the stairs and once at the top, walk straight forward towards an information board.

5. 

   Step 5: Here you can find out some information about the formation of Croft Hill and see into the working quarry!

6. 

   Step 6: Turn right and follow the path down a slope, the quarry will now be on your left.
