• Step 1: The walk begins on Main Street in Huncote. If you’re a customer of the Red Lion then you can park there. Otherwise please find alternative options if you’re arriving by car. There is bus stop here also.

• 

  Step 2: Turn left from the Red Lion and walk along the pavement over a bridge towards Croft.

• 

  Step 3: Turn left off the pavement and go through the gate, this is the entrance to Croft Hill.

• 

  Step 4: Head up the stairs and once at the top, walk straight forward towards an information board.

• 

  Step 5: Here you can find out some information about the formation of Croft Hill and see into the working quarry!

• 

  Step 6: Turn right and follow the path down a slope, the quarry will now be on your left.
