• Step 1: This walk starts near the entrance of Northumbria Specialist Emergency Care Hospital on Northumbria Way (NE22 6NZ).

• Step 2: Walk away from the hospital on the access road of Northumbria Way. You’ll pass a coffee shop along the path.

• 

  Step 3: At the roundabout, follow the path around to the right.

• 

  Step 4: Then cross the B road at the pedestrian crossing on the left.

• 

  Step 5: After crossing, turn left and follow the signs to the station.

• 

  Step 6: Carefully cross over the road at the island on this side of the roundabout.
