Step 1: Welcome to the Aberystwyth Cliff Railway. This route starts at the base of the railway here, on Cliff Terrace, a short walk from the beach.
Step 2: At the railway house you’ll need to purchase one-way tickets up to complete this route. In summer 2023 the cost was £6 for adults and £5 for children. Trains run every few minutes from 10am - 5pm, every day from April to October.
Step 3: We got a front-row seat for the ascent. Those scared of heights might like a seat further back from the view!
