• 

  Step 1: This walk starts at the far end of Whitestone car park in the Wye Valley Woodlands. Please note it’s very muddy in wet or wintry weather.

• Step 2: This car park has picnic benches, barbecue facilities and a playground although as of January ‘22 the playground was closed for refurbishments.

• 

  Step 3: There are several marked routes to choose from however we created our own short loop to the waterfall and back that’s good for little legs.

• 

  Step 4: Make your way to the main path, past the big evergreen tree beyond the information boards. It was very boggy.

• 

  Step 5: Once you’ve crossed this bit and made your way to the main footpath, it’s less boggy.

• 

  Step 6: The walk is quite straightforward. Just continue ahead.
