Step 1: Welcome to Caergwrle Station. This station is on the Transport for Wales railway line between Wrexham Central and Bidston.

Step 2: If you’re coming from Wrexham, skip ahead to step four. From Bidston, you’ll arrive into Platform 2. Head down the steep ramp and turn left.

Step 3: Follow the pavement on Hawarden Road under the railway bridge and to the left.

Step 4: If you’ve come from Wrexham and arrived on Platform 1, simply exit the station onto Hawarden Road here. Turn left to start the route.

Step 5: Follow the pavement for about 600m. Look out for a right turn called Crossways.

Step 6: Opposite Crossways, carefully cross the A550 and turn right, heading away from Hawarden Road. Pavement is narrow here.
