  Step 1: Start at The Old Plough Inn, Braunston and head east down the High Street

• 

  Step 2: Turn right and head to the end of Cross Lane

• 

  Step 3: Once you reach the end of Cross Lane, turn left and head along the footpath

• 

  Step 4: Follow the footpath until you reach the bridge over the canal. Turn left and head east down The Grand Union Canal

• 

  Step 5: Continue down the pay next to the canal until you reach the Braunston tunnel and follow the footpath up the stairs to your right

• 

  Step 6: When you reach the road, continue east down the path. When the path turns to the left, continue straight down the dirt path.
