Step 2: The park contains a salt water lake that supports water sports, crabbing and general waterside fun.
Step 3: A variety of marine life, including jellyfish and crabs provides entertainment for families. Licenses need to be purchased when the blue boathouse is open again. It was shut in May ‘23 as were the toilets.
Step 4: The water looks quite clear in parts but please follow local signage. Can you spot any critters in the water?
Step 5: Wander as you wish arouns the lake or use one of the fields to fly a kite.
Step 6: When you’re ready retrace your steps back towards the boathouse. There are plenty of walking and cycling paths across the park.
