  Step 1: Start the walk from the signpost opposite Radcliffe Metrolink. Walk along the paved track between the wall and fence.

• 

  Step 2: Pass through the yellow barrier. The path ascends slightly then descends between fences.

• 

  Step 3: Very soon, there are lovely views to the right over open land, which was once the playing fields for the high school.

• 

  Step 4: Ignore a path off to the left and go through another barrier.

• 

  Step 5: Almost immediately, turn right towards the red bridge.

• 

  Step 6: Keep right at the fork and turn left across the bridge.
