  Step 1: I'm parachuting in to start on Chapel Lane where it's fine to park, but its circular, you can start anywhere!

• Step 2: Walk down the lane, it's tarmac, buts it's quiet. Look out for the muddy cows in Winter and the wine bottles in the ditch. There's a regular drinker about who's hiding their habit??

  Step 3: Turn right here and cross over to a stile, you're now heading off road! Past the farm entrance and pond to the stile, then keep going.

• 

  Step 4: You're heading here, a gate rather than a stile, exciting variety! Bear right towards a stile-bridge-stile!

• Step 5: Then keep to the left of the field, they'll be birds singing in the hedgerow. And, you've guessed it, another stile, a very high one! No cows today. Then another stile.

• 

  Step 6: At this point you can pretend you're riding a horse, or a famous Olympic steeplechaser, I bet you can think of several!
