  Step 1: Start at the rather picturesque car park in the woods

• 

  Step 2: Follow the river up. The route is well way marked and offers three routes. Yellow, blue and pink

• 

  Step 3: The yellow route is about 30 minutes and just goes up to the second bridge and back

• 

  Step 4: This is where the yellow route ends

• 

  Step 5: Follow the blue waymarkers left up a steep hill

• 

  Step 6: The path gets a bit easier for a while
