  Step 1: There’s ample free parking here.

  Step 2: It’s a good walk for four-legged friends.

  Step 3: Across the small common which is covered in seaside plants during summer.

• Step 4: Cross the road and go up the alley between the buildings. This area is still quite derelict. There’s lots that could be done to make use of the empty buildings.

• 

  Step 5: Great sea views. Watch out for Anglers rods and lines.

• 

  Step 6: You can walk along the beach or the sandy path at the edge.
