• 

  Step 1: There is free on street parking along Dod Lane. Turn right into the private driveway, signposted as a public footpath.

• 

  Step 2: Head through the kissing gate or through the squeeze gap. Ensure dogs are on a lead as there is livestock here.

• 

  Step 3: Head uphill on the gravel path. There are steps in places.

• 

  Step 4: Emerge from the small wooded section into a flatter section on Bushy Coombe. The path is said to follow a Roman route.

• 

  Step 5: Follow the path to the next gate and head through the somewhat spiky topped metal kissing gate.

• 

  Step 6: Turn right into Lypyatt Lane. There is no pavement here so take care.
