  Step 1: This walk starts and ends at University Hospital Monklands.

• Step 2: There is a Bike Shelter at UHM. NHS staff can loan bikes (including e-bikes) for free to actively travel to work. Look out for the blue bike hanger cage.

• 

  Step 3: Banking on the East side of the hospital. Perfect for picnics in the summer or sledging in the winter?

• Step 4: Entrance to Centenary Park can be found around here. Feel free to wander as you wish and don’t forget to tune into the sights and sounds of nature. How does the light look today? Can you hear or see any birds?

  Step 5: Explore the sculptures and information boards.

• Step 6: You can find plenty of seating available here.
