• 

  Step 1: Start at the bottom of Fore Street. Don’t attempt this with a buggy like we did!

• 

  Step 2: Pop into The Curator for great coffee and take away sandwich boxes or cakes. We filled up on poached eggs before we set off.

• 

  Step 3: Head south down The Plains, past the Dartmouth Inn

• 

  Step 4: Shortly after you’ll see the River Dart emerge on the left. Head onto that side of the road

• 

  Step 5: Follow the footpath to the river

• 

  Step 6: Turn right to walk along for a short while
