  Step 1: From the car park, start at the gate to the right of the driveway. Go through the gate.

• 

  Step 2: Walk ahead over the field following the hedge line on the right - there may be sheep in the pen to the left as you walk across the grass.

• 

  Step 3: At the end of the field go through the kissing gate. Unfortunately this is not accessible for some.

• 

  Step 4: Veer right but ignore the path on the immediate right through the woods

• 

  Step 5: You’ll emerge onto Kingsdown Lane - a wide country path. Turn right and head along Kingsdown Lane.

• 

  Step 6: This is Swindon’s only restricted by-way. You can only travel along it on foot, cycle or horse and carriage!
