• Step 1: Welcome to this baaa-rilliant outdoor adventure around Jesmond Dene and Paddy Freeman’s Park, brought to you in partnership with TOG24 and Shaun the Sheep. This playful adventure has steps with some steep inclines.

• Step 2: Shaun the Sheep is on the loose and hiding somewhere on this trail. Keep your eyes and ears peeled for a hint on where you can find him. Ready to do the walk? Grab your boots, bring the flock, let’s go on a woolly wild adventure.

  Step 3: This walk starts at Paddy Freeman’s Park off Freeman Rd (NE2 2EY). There’s a car park onsite and a bus stop nearby (18, 37, 38, 352, 653).

• 

  Step 4: Head through the gate from the main car park and into Paddy Freeman’s Park.

• 

  Step 5: Take the second path on the right that walks right beside the kids playground. We come back this way at the end so you can enjoy this later.

  Step 6: Continue past the playground on the left and the swings on the right.
