• Step 1: Start at Dinas Rock car park and follow the signs to Sgwd yr Eira

• Step 2: The path winds around and is steep at times, particularly at the start

• 

  Step 3: Path is very wet and muddy in places after a couple of days of rain..

• 

  Step 4: Sgwd yr Eira in flood....the the noise of the water is tremendous.. YOU’ll HAVE TO SPEAK UP!!!

• 

  Step 5: Path passes behind waterfall.....I wouldn’t want to try with all that water coming over all it takes is one slip!!!.. river is for the fish!
