  Step 1: We started our walk just south of the Radcliffe Hotel.

• 

  Step 2: The path follows alongside the sea for a long stretch.

• 

  Step 3: Paignton Pier will be just ahead of you.

• 

  Step 4: When the tide is in the waves will come up to the path, but when it’s out there’s a nice a sandy beach.

• 

  Step 5: Over to the right you’ll pass some brightly coloured buildings.

• 

  Step 6: Follow the path around to the side, sticking to the water.
