  Step 1: We got here a little bit too late for the Nature Reserve which is just behind you as you look out to sea. We’re on the hunt for sand.

• 

  Step 2: There’s a small marina here and that’s the nature reserve open centre building in the distance.

• Step 3: Even though we were too late for the nature reserve, we managed to pick up some safe swan and duck food before 5pm. Check the website for opening times. There’s also loos and a tea room here.

• 

  Step 4: The views across the reserve are stunning and luscious (even after a recent long bout of dry weather).

• 

  Step 5: We walked back along cliff road to admire the small boats. We popped over to the free reserve viewing platform as well.

• 

  Step 6: This place is home to a vast array of birdlife. 🦅 what can you see?
