Step 1: Start at Cuerden Valley Park at the cafe car park (Bamber Bridge, Preston PR5 6BY). It’s a great rest stop from the M6 or M61.
Step 2: The cafe onsite is excellent and open daily. Well behaved dogs are allowed in the park and cafe. Car parking cost £3 in August 2024 and helps fund the nature reserve. Accessible paths are available onsite too.
Step 3: Look out for the pine tree in the car park and make your way to the cafe building.
Step 4: If you walk past a wooden owl, you’re heading in the right direction. 😉
Step 5: There are great views from the cafe and ample room indoors and outdoors.
Step 6: Enjoy a great selection of cakes, ice cream, drinks and food. Either grab takeaway, eat now or after your walk. ☕️ 🍰🍦
