  Step 1: Start in Askrigg on Main Street near the Kings Arms. Cross the road so you’re next to the pub and walk towards the church

• 

  Step 2: The Bake-Well is a great little cafe and takeaway place. Stop for lunch or stock up on yummy cakes for the jaunt

• 

  Step 3: Continue on this side of the road on the path

• 

  Step 4: The road is quiet but there is a path behind the cars / next to the houses

• 

  Step 5: We were here in summer and there were so many blooms to admire

• 

  Step 6: Cute cottages aplenty!
