• 

  Step 1: This small roadside parking space is enough for 4 or 5 cars. (Otherwise park in Llanbedrog village car park and walk up the lane to here)

• 

  Step 2: The narrow lane opposite the car parking zigzags up past these cottages towards the headland

• 

  Step 3: Keep to the main tarmac-surfaced lane, zigzagging gently to the top

• 

  Step 4: The lane levels out and, after the last cottage, becomes a stony track over the open heathland. Branch left at the first opportunity.

• Step 5: The track which leads to the left rises gently, meandering towards the summit of the headland, and bounded from the fields on the left by a hedgerow.

• 

  Step 6: The summit is easy to identify. There’s a concrete pillar (a “triangulation point”) there. It’s a good place for a rest, to take in the view
