  Step 1: This circular walk starts at Liverpool Central station off Ranelagh St. With your back to the station, turn left.

• 

  Step 2: Continue ahead, walking past the fenced off, small green on your left.

• 

  Step 3: On your left is the neoclassical style, former Lyceum building. It served as England's first subscription library and a newsroom.

• 

  Step 4: Turn left to walk up Bold St.

• 

  Step 5: Can you spot the small wall plaques on the side of the Lyceum building?

• 

  Step 6: Opened in July 1802 as a cultural hub for local merchants and scholars. It now has mini golf and a bar.
