Step 2: Start the journey by exploring the wonderful Botanical Gardens and historical glass greenhouse.
Step 3: Try to notice something very big of nature in the gardens. For example a tree that may be even centuries old!
Step 4: Now try to notice something very small of nature, perhaps a small ladybird, butterfly or small sprouting plant.
Step 5: Noticing things in our surroundings can help encourage calm, perspective and to help bring our attention outside of ourselves, even if just for a moment.
Step 6: Head out of the Botanical Gardens and take a left to cross the bridge over the River Kelvin.
