  Step 1: Suggested starting point but you can start anywhere on Frinton beach.

  Step 3: There’s a public footpath that runs behind the costal barrier. You can walk on the path to catch a windbreak or walk on the barrier itself.

  Step 5: Here you can see the two options. I would suggest walking on the barrier as you head out and walk on path on way back.

  Step 6: You’ll see markers like this every so often, good sign you’re on the right track.
