  Step 1: We started at the brill Ship Inn in Elie. You can park for free on the road outside if there is space.

• 

  Step 2: Head across the road to explore the beach and harbour of the village

• 

  Step 3: It’s a brilliant place for kids and dogs to have a run around

• 

  Step 4: Back to the road, with the Ship Inn on your right, walk towards the village

• 

  Step 5: Turn right shortly after, up Admiralty Lane

• 

  Step 6: It’s quite narrow and steep so take care
