Twm Siôn Cati was a roguish fellow and a bit like Robin Hood. This walk will take you around a nature reserve with a climb up to Twm's cave

Step 1: Start at the RSPB nature reserve car park. This is well signposted but in the middle of nowhere!
Step 2: The first part of the walk will take you over a bog using a wooden boardwalk.
Step 3: You can go left or right after the boardwalk. All the signs say go right but really left is better as you'll get the flat bit first
Step 4: The first part of the walk has not much to see in winter but you'll start to hear the river in the distance
Step 5: Half way round you will see the very steep climb up to Twm Siôn Cati's cave. Only go up if you are fit!
Step 6: The cave is where Twm apparently hid in between highway robbery. The climb up is super hard and the only view is the cave due to thick trees
