Step 1: Your walk begins along Great Whyte. There are car parks along this road, as well as bus stops for those arriving by car or public transport.
Step 2: The Great Whyte is one of the widest streets in the region. Why? It was originally a stream called the Bury Brook, which used to join the old course of the River Nene.
Step 3: Continue along Great Whythe & cross New Road.
Step 4: Continue until you reach the High Street. Then turn left.
Step 5: You will then need to turn right following the public footpath sign.
Step 6: There is a small kerb to continue following the path. It’s a little narrow along here & could be overgrown during the summer. Turn right.
