  Step 1: Park up (for free!) on the roads along Cranham Common

• 

  Step 2: Spot the old fashioned sign to get your bearings and lace your boots on the seat. We walked directly behind this on the well trodden path

• 

  Step 3: Turn around and take in the view

• 

  Step 4: As we got to a ‘path’ on the green, and a large bush, we turned right

• 

  Step 5: ‘If you go down to the woods today’

• 

  Step 6: You’ll come up to a gate and entrance to the woods
