• Step 1: The route follows cycle routes 885/4/883 from Bridgend to Nant-y-Moel approx 10 miles.

• 

  Step 2: Start at the bridge off Old Tondu road. Cross over and turn left.

• 

  Step 3: Follow cycle track, keeping river on left and road on right.

• 

  Step 4: Cross the road, carry straight on.

• 

  Step 5: Pick up cycle track to the left of the houses.

• 

  Step 6: At Glanrhyd (hospital) Bridge go straight on.
