  Step 1: Arrive in Bournemouth. A good place to start is Little Green Coffee Box for a coffee refill before setting off.

• 

  Step 2: Head towards Bournemouth Pier.

• 

  Step 3: As you approach the pier, you’ll spot the Bournemouth Big Wheel in the distance.

• 

  Step 4: Once you reach the beach, turn left. Toilets and water refill points are available along the promenade if needed.

• 

  Step 5: Follow the promenade and rows of colourful beach huts. One dates back to 1909 and is believed to be the UK’s first municipal beach hut.

• 

  Step 6: If you’d like, briefly leave the promenade and climb up for views across the coastline.
