1. 

   Step 1: The woods offer an escape to a network of winding paths through nature beech, oak and Scots pine trees.

2. 

   Step 2: Located between the Elective care centre and Therapies unit, go through the gated area which has a information board and map.

3. 

   Step 3: As you enter the woods, you'll leave the busy hospital environment behind and step into a peaceful green space.

4. 

   Step 4: Take the left hand path at the first junction and continue along the main trail.

5. 

   Step 5: Follow the winding path which verves slightly left along the main trail

6. 

   Step 6: Continue up a slight ascent which then verves slightly right.
