• Step 2: Continue straight on the path.

  Step 3: Mindfulness is easy when your heading towards Anston Stones, breathe and take in the surrounding beauty.

• 

  Step 4: As you meander through the woods, following the track or creating your own you will see many an interesting sign of the former history!

• Step 5: Head right at this fork by the stones

• 

  Step 6: Taking in the beauty surrounding you is definitely all the medication you need!
