  Step 1: Your walk starts at the junction of Constitution Hill with Ferry Road and Gardner Road. There is car parking nearby.

• 

  Step 2: Here you will find the first of five triangular information boards that narrate a little of Southwold’s fascinating past.

  Step 3: Here you can read about the layout of the town, the Alfred Corry Story…

• 

  Step 4: And a little about the unique Sandlings Walk. You may wish to explore the marshes, but for this walk we are heading into town.

• 

  Step 5: Head up Constitution Hill. There is a slight incline as you head towards the town. Look out for some very picturesque cottages along the way

• 

  Step 6: This imposing residence is Hill House.
