  Step 1: Start at the Plaza of Alfonso, great for breakfast. If you have the time and have a look round the stunning Castle of San Marcos.

• 

  Step 2: Drop in on the Bodegas Osborne. You can book a tour of their winery (English tour is at 10:00 only) and wine tasting (any time).

  Step 3:

• Step 4: Follow the road till you get to the round around, take the exit for Ronda of the Dunes.

• 

  Step 5: Take the first exit at the round about with the lovely pink tree.

• 

  Step 6: When you reach these two obelisks cross into the pine forest.
